What's the maximum data a QR code can hold?
At the largest size (Version 40, 177x177 modules) and lowest error correction, a QR can hold 7,089 numeric digits, 4,296 alphanumeric, or 2,953 bytes. Keep payloads under 300 characters for reliable scanning from phone cameras at typical distances.
Why won't my QR code scan?
